"Everything was really nice except the breakfast food. There were few choices and the cooked options did not look or taste real but instead microwaved. The hotel itself was very nice and clean."
"The front desk lady with the beautiful glasses was kind and accommodating. She went above and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast & the layout was exceptional!
Only complaint is that the housekeeping manager doesn't permit late check outs."

"Everything was spotless, breakfast was plentiful & ready. only thing the TV I'm a senior citizen and it took me awhile to figure it out, it would have been nice to have a step by step instruction on what button to push for just regular TV :). the personnel were GREAT! from John, Armond, Abraham, Ubalda, Kendra, ALL were there and ready to greet and help. Thankyou for a great stay!!"

"This is a fresh, new, clean place to stay.I can't say I have any complaints. Bring sheets if you plan on using the futon. The host was friendly, professional, communicative and would reach out to see if our needs were met. She even dropped off extra supplies.I loved having bikes available to use! The cooler bag came in clutch! So did a cupboard full of books and board games.The big couch was comfy enough to accidentally fall asleep on.The bedding and pillows helped get a great night's rest.The Amazon echo was a nice touch.The grocery store is less than a minute drive or 5\10 minute walk and it stays open late if not 24hrs.The neighborhood and surrounding area feels safe.I would definitely stay here again."
"Here for baseball. 7 minutes to Grand Park. House was spotless and perfect, with nice little extras that we appreciated (like snacks, stocked coffee bar, face wipes, etc). Communication was excellent. Highly recommend and wish I would have found this years ago when we first started traveling here for baseball! I would have booked it everytime!"

"This house was by far the most clean VRBO I have ever stayed in. The description was as described, location was great and so many added conveniences. Back patio with fire table, the game room for the baseball boys to hang out in and super easy to get to restaurants and Grand Park. Will definitely be looking into staying again. "
