"The staff had their children with them while they were at work. I have never seen this happen in my entire life. They had the same breakfast each day and it wasn’t even luke warm.The dining room tables were dirty and the staff were hanging out in the kitchen with their children not even tending to what was needed in the breakfast room The furniture is the hotel was shabby and worn down. The furniture in our suite was covered with dirt on the armrest and the cushions. There was dried up stuff the side of loveseat, so we had to throw a blanket over it.. The kicker was when we arrived. I paid the Expedia and the desk staff ended up charging me $369 when I had already paid Expedia.. when we got to the room that night they called and said it was taken care of, but it was not……I had to ask again in the staff that they couldn’t do anything because managers weren’t on duty. The carpets smelled like pee when you went down the stairs and also in some of the hallways I know they allow pets there"

"Only problem I kept seeing little buds in the bathroom around the toilet don’t wanna say roaches, but they was alive moving around couldn’t sleep comfortably"

"Very clean, comfortable beds but flat pillows. No onsite staff. We had to check in and out by video. Very thin walls, we were awakened by amorous sounds at 6 in the morning. Not what we are used to."

"Front desk staff rude and can’t be bothered with questions you have. Room that was booked wasn’t available. Had to wait for another to be cleaned. I had drove 7 hours to be told you can’t checkin. . Didn’t get a room til 4:30 which put me behind getting to the hospital to see my brother. "

"The hotel was reasonably priced with free parking. It fit our purpose. We needed a room from 930pm till 11am. The Bathtub was stained, yet cleanable. There was burn holes in the sheets, yet it was a non-smoking room. The room smelled fine, the refrigerator worked over all the room was clean. I think I paid $83 after taxes. I really can't complain, you get what you pay for. And it was much better than staying somewhere paying $160 to $250 and pay parking for $45 per night. The gentleman at the counter was wonderful. I would stay there again in order to save money."

"Had a lovely experience here. While the hotel was very dated and certainly can use some upgrades, the front desk hotel staff was very accommodating and kind and everything else clean and smelled good."
