Hallways smelled awful. Took me forever to find my room. The room was very clean but a little stark. Could use some more pictures or something to make it homier. "

"Didnt like the communication from representative. Was not able to enter building due to needing special code. Was never told about this. Stood in the cold waiting for it. Once inside the lock box code didnt work. They sent a new one and it didnt work. Had to create a one time code to get our key. The room was nice. It was clean."

"Loved my stay here. loved the area, quiet bldg. Directions for checkin was very thorough step by step. Had everything in apt as if you were home. Maid service needs to be more thorough in cleaning and do a better job at it. Check seating areas and vacuum it, use newer sheets on bedding instead of olds that don't come clean."

"We stayed the wknd for a cheer competition at the convention center. We got around easily on the Bird/Lime scooters. Also very prompt Lyft/Uber, wait less than 5 minutes. Apartment is very clean. Bathrooms are large and recently upgraded (appreciate that)! Also, washer/dryer was a bonus. CVS right across the street and a lovely brunch restaurant called Yolk, each a 2 minute walk. The 302 Alabama St was not a good location for GPS. I found putting in Delaware and Louisiana st got me much closer...

"Property was not “ready” until almost 8 in the evening. Property was fairly clean, toilets were discussing and showers needed drano. Dirty skillet in the oven. Instead of having 3 bedrooms, a basketball backboard and hoop were lying in the middle of the floor of one of them without a bed anywhere. We only had 2 usable bedrooms and we paid a Premium for this property. We should be rebated 1/3 of our rental cost."
