We had stayed here before and I will say it is a nice clean hotel. Also there is a nice area to walk at behind the hotel. It was a great location. The staff at the desk were very polite, informative, and had great hospitality. My only complaint was the woman working named Linda. I only know her name because I had asked. Right at 10 am I understand that they shut the doors however a young man was still in there and when she opened the door to let him out she shook her head, not looking to happy....

The staff was polite and helpful including the maintenance team. The room looked new and was clean and comfortable. I felt safe and happy.

Hotel was great, just wish the other hotels around were completed, so it doesn't look so much like a construction zone (which I know they don't have control over that). Definitely stay there again!

Our stay was almost perfect. We arrived on Christmas Eve and stayed until the day after Christmas. We have family in the area and we were visiting them. The hotel was almost deserted, so it was nice and quiet. Breakfast of good quality on Christmas morning, although not as big a selection as the following day. This was understandable, since the staffing was somewhat sparse on the holiday. The room was well equipped and the staff was very attentive to our request for an extra towel set. All...

Everything about the property was phenomenal. Everything was clean, enjoyed the weight room and the laundry.

An amazing hotel. Great aesthetic and ambiance. Rooms were tidy and seems brand new. Bathrooms are always the first thing I look at when booking hotels and these were top class. I come to Indy 1-2 times a month for work and am always disappointed when they are booked up. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone when visiting Indy.

I stayed for three nights and had a great stay. It was very clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly. My only little complaint, if I can even call it that, is that the system to work the lights in the room was slightly complicated. But that’s more on me and I’m not taking off any points from the hotel for that.
