The building and the room was very clean and appeared to be newer. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was okay, but I'm picky about my eggs and things, so... Coffee was good and hot.

Hotel was great, just wish the other hotels around were completed, so it doesn't look so much like a construction zone (which I know they don't have control over that). Definitely stay there again!

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Carmichael around ten days after their grand opening. We are local residents but wanted something fun to do for our anniversary, and we knew the location can't be beat. We spent most of the day walking up and down the Monon, from City Center to Midtown to the Arts & Design District. No car necessary. Great customer service!

We had stayed here before and I will say it is a nice clean hotel. Also there is a nice area to walk at behind the hotel. It was a great location. The staff at the desk were very polite, informative, and had great hospitality. My only complaint was the woman working named Linda. I only know her name because I had asked. Right at 10 am I understand that they shut the doors however a young man was still in there and when she opened the door to let him out she shook her head, not looking to happy....

This place is friendly and easy. While different from your typical hotel, it still has all the same amenities. Breakfast was homemade from scratch and yummy. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed stayed at this location multiple times. Clean, comfy and the staff is amazing! Highly recommend
