And it's right next to a bus stop so it is possible to go further off and just come back in the evening. "Overall it was fine for one night. We booked 2 rooms at same time both in name of Parkinson. Weird that we in opposite ends of the place! Breakfast food was fine but coffee dreadful. Would stay again but get breakfast elsewhere."

"Usually use Prem Inn but prices are getting ridicules, found Kingfisher Bard, first class, reasonable price and breakfast included not like Prem Inn, £9.50 extra for continental brekkie. Definitely use again."

"The location in Winchcombe is beautiful. Cotswold Old with cottages draped in climbing roses. Our room for the price was as described. Clean but a bit rickety. Everything creaked. The food was stunning and it was a very nice pub with a very good choice of beers and ales on tap. We were a tad put out there was no breakfast option on Expedia. Only available if you book direct."

"My only comment would be around the shower. Whilst the shower was excellent the water comes out into the bathroom because the drain needs to raised to form a lip."

"Love the Alice in Wonderland theme. We stayed in Alice’s Chambers, all blue and white, very charming and pretty. Everything was newly renovated and impressive. Fabulous shower with TWO shower heads and push-button temperature control. Very nice bathroom, although there was no outlet … is this a UK thing? We’re 1 for 4 so far on bathrooms with an outlet. Comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, lots of outlets, big TV, no on-site staff but excellent by-phone service when the Wifi needed to be...
