"The property was beautifully presented. The host went the extra mile leaving some basics like milk, bread , tea and coffee plus a few treats which my children especially apprieciated. I would highly recommend to anybody!"

"Terrible experience. Stayed with daughter to convalesce from surgery. Heating broken, no lights in main bedroom/en-suite or sitting room. TV faulty, dishwasher broken with smelly waste. Security chain on front door broken, carbon monoxide alarm not working freezing Cold. Flat info not correct for entry or services. Phone to report Stay Beyond team kept promising that maintenance were coming but they never turned up. Asked to be moved but offered accommodation and hour away which wasn't possible...
