"Really spacious room in perfect location with views of the lake. The room was very clean and had everything we needed including toiletries, tea and coffee. Beds were comfortable and we all slept well. The decor is a little dated but did not impact the experience. Would definitely come back again!"

"We arrived for a 3 oclock checkin and the room wasnt ready. There was no forewarning and we were told come back in an hour and mayb e it might be ready then!! We had to leave our luggage, coulddnt get changed into clothing for going out, and randomly kill an hour in Guildford! Ruined the experience"

"It was my first visit and I enjoyed it very much. I went for a lovely walk around the hotel, the grounds are really nice. Staff were also very friendly. I used the sauna and steam room, both were really nice. The pool floor needed a clean, I know it’s busy, but it really did need it. I will definitely go again to this hotel. Breakfast was really good also."
