And I called to Hotel.com the staff request me to pay again for the hotel and refund my previous payment with Hotel.com due to some payment issue between Hotel.com and the Hotel. "The building is run down the hotel had semi permanent residents who looked like they were waiting for interviews with the government for residency in this country also families who must be waiting for social housing cars were being repaired on the carpark area kids running riot it seems more like a block of unloved flats. We didn't get out of the car couldn't see any signs for reception my partner was completely disheartened by the sight before her and was adamant that she would not stay there...
