One recommendation would be to supply in the Hotel small bottle's of distilled water for guests who need it for medical devices like my CPap machine."

"Our room was large and very comfortable. The tile work in the bathroom was pretty, but definitely could get very slick after we took a shower. The breakfast was great over the weekend, but definitely left something to be desired on our last day, which was a weekday. The elevator was downright terrifying. Only one of the two was working, and the one that was working, bounced the entire time it was going up or down. More than once as we were trying to get off, it would start bouncing again and...

"Pool was out of service, gym out of service, no breakfast as was advertised and extremely filthy there were literally bed bugs in the room"

"Keep in mind they charge a $250 deposit upon arrival and blame their websites for it. Disrespectful and rude ownership. The parking lot is very small if you own a commercial vehicle, and there are too many cats wandering around at night, even though they don’t accept pets. I don’t recommend this place. Stay somewhere else."

"Our air conditioner would not maintain a cool, 67° in our room. There were three of us and the room was too warm to really sleep comfortably. The lady from the front desk came up while we were gone and messed with it but it just never did work right."

"Had been overbooked so long line of people at checkin. Clerk explaining they didn’t have any rooms even though the customer had paid and had confirmation. My room key wouldn’t work so had to keep coming back to the main desk into this chaos. Took an hour to get into my room after I had the first key. "

"Front entrance really needed attention. It was dirty. Lady at the front desk was very nice. The room was perfectly clean & nice. From about 11:30 pm till 2:30 am. I had someone knocking on my door all night."
