"They offered me a room around the back but I didn’t want a 2nd level but they never clarified it was a one-story. Instead, I took the one-story on the front side but they never told me it was accessible which I didn’t need. Other than that, the service and room was good. Please replace burned out lights. The internet was terrible so I just used my cell service. The room was nicely updated. Communication could be better about rooms, but overall a nice place and I may stay there again. "

"It is walking place to downtown. The room was great, the area was great to downtown, and the overall improvements are great I love the front desk. They are kind and welcoming. It is much improved from the past as I have been staying here numerous times. Well done and I will kept coming back. Grazie!"

"I did not realize the front desk closed at 9 pm. The front desk person was willing and o wait for me to check in by midnight. It did surprise me that there is no 24 hour person line they have in the Bay Area. "

"When we arrived to our room there was an RV taking up two parking spaces in front of our room so we had to park a ways from our room, they finaly mooved. The toilet was dirty with hair and urine behind the lid. We were woke up around midnight to something banging on the inside of the wall in the bathroom so we turnd on the AC because it was louder thand the nois coming from the bathroom. The person that check us in was very pleasant and welcoming and the restaurant serves and food was wonderful....
