"I'll give a 4 out of 5. Room is too small. Staff are great. Bed is good. But bathroom door lock is broken, towels are like dish towels...small!! But otherwise I'd give it a 5."

"Our reservations got messed up (wrong hotels for wrong nights). Hotels.com continually hung up or disconnected the call when i was trying tobfix the problem. When we arrived at the hotel, the manager was able to fix it and get us rooms for no fee. I highly recommend this hotel, but do not use hotels.com to book anuthing."
