"It is located in an industrial area, outside looks line and old factory but inside it is modern, clean, spacious, staff is great ALBA was very kind and explained us all the options to visit San Sebastian by bus just 15 minutes from downtown, recommended, forget the surround areas, close to the place there is a good supermarket and some cafeterias, the breakfast they offered is good. "Perfect location. About a 10-minute walk west takes you to the old town, and about 10 minutes along the river brings you to the station. The beach is just steps away. The staff were very warm and welcoming, and the room was clean. It was a comfortable hotel even with a small child."
