"Everything about our stay was 10/10. Every member of staff was super helpful… right from check in to check out. If you ask, they will recommend places to suit what you’re looking for. Breakfast was available for €16 per person but we didn’t take advantage of the offer. The room was quiet and very clean - toiletries, mini bar and tv provided. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and towels are provided on request. Old town and centro very accessible on foot within 20mins. Would I stay again? Absolutely!"

"Everything was perfect. The welcome, the arranging of transfers, the rooftop bar, the service. The room was incredible. Comfortable, superb beds, fridge, Aircon, view, bathroom (especially the toilet!). Location couldn't be better. It was a festival on our last night but the hotel thoughtfully provided ear plugs. The soundproofing of the windows was excellent anyway. A pinnacle of hotel experiences."

"This is a newly restored hotel in the perfect location in the casco viejo de San Sebastian (the old part of the town) within walking distance of everything you will want to do, including going to La Concha beach. It is clean, everything works and the rooms have everything you expect. Our room faced the Basilica de Santa Maria del Coro built in the 18th century (and yes, the church bells ring but they did not bother us and it adds to the charm!). The Atari Grastroteka is a well regarded pintxo place right next door. Try it for sure but you have literally dozens and dozens of pintxo places all around. Try them all. We loved staying here and will be back."

"Good room at the front with balcony, although too hot to enjoy! Air con was a must and meant a good night's sleep. Breakfast was excellent with wide range of choices. The food in the restaurant was also of a very high quality. Parking excellent and easy. Hotel well served with No16 bus which meant easy and cheap to get into City centre. Staff were excellent throughout our stay, both helpful and friendly. The pool was lovely to use although our stay did coincide with a dance competition and also an American girls soccer tour so the area was crowded at times and availability of sunbeds limited. However, we enjoyed our stay and would comeback to enjoy San Sabastian once more."

"Great hotel, clean and spacious room, and very friendly staff. Helpful front desk crew and easy to communicate with front desk in English. Short walk to beach and close distance to shops downtown and old town area. Easy access to bus stations (we took the bus to old town when we didn’t want to walk). Quiet neighborhood, and very safe. Great value for cost. Would stay here again, and would highly recommend it to other families."
