"This Hotel is situated in a perfect spot in San Sebastián. The room we stayed in had gorgeous views of the water and the coastline. The Hotel staff were perfect—courteous, attentive and most respectful! I would definitely stay here again!"

"1. Impossible Communication The sole hostess speaks no English and refuses to use translation apps, making any interaction impossible. 2. Room Downgrade We booked a Triple Room (2 beds), but were unilaterally downgraded to a single-bed room. After complaining, she just squeezed an extra bed into the same cramped room instead of moving us to the correct one. 3. Lost Laundry & No Accountability The host proactively offered a laundry service, then lost my T-shirt. She flatly refused to provide any compensation or even a sincere apology. 4. No Breakfast Provided Despite the 8:00–9:00 AM schedule, nothing was ready by 9:30 AM on our departure day. We had to leave hungry. 5. Rude Attitude When I told the English-speaking daughter about the communication issues, she shocked me by saying: "This is Spain; it's your fault for not speaking Spanish." 6. Extreme Night Noise Located above a nightclub/bar, it is deafening until 3:00 AM. The host's only "advice" was to go buy our own earplugs. Even with them, we couldn't sleep. Summary: They are completely unprofessional and dismissive of guests. Do not stay here."

"It’s a no thrills property executed perfectly. The location is second to none. Room was spotless and we enjoyed the water coffee and coke provided each day. They even had umbrellas for the rainy day we had."

"Good location however, a 20-30 minute walk to city center. Buses nearby. Upon our arrival, they held our luggage until check in. However, at checkout, you have to use lockers in the hotel if you want storage at 4.5 E per hour. Internet was fine. Bed was fine. Pillows were way too mushy. Room could been cleaner."

"We had a really positive stay at Hotel Zenema 7 in San Sebastián. The room was very comfortable and nicely designed, and the overall decor of the hotel is unique and full of character. The location is also very convenient. It’s a pleasant walk to the Old Town, and there’s easy access to buses if you prefer not to walk. It’s also close to both the train and bus stations, which made getting around very easy. Overall, a great experience—we would definitely recommend it."

"Excellent location on the other side of the bay. Within walking distance of the Combs of the Wind sculptures. Modern & clean amenities and spacious rooms. Definitely worthy as an option for a few nights' stay in San Sebastian if you are looking for a quieter neighbourhood"

"Happy we chose this hotel. Staff is very helpful and pleasant. They helped us with recommendations and directions to take the train to Zumaia and Hendaia, tapas and dinner recommendations. Hotel in great location, 15-20min walk to old Town or Gros area. Great experience. Would recommend. "
