"Tico Tico was the ideal place for our two-week stay while we attended Spanish School in Quepos. We stayed in villa #12 which was exactly as shown in the photos. It was spacious, clean, and had a great open, modern aesthetic. And A/C!!! Having the kitchen was fantastic. We used the stove every day to cook eggs for breakfasts, and when we didn't want to eat out for lunch and dinner, we made sandwiches and salads. They even provided a hot water kettle so we could make coffee and tea.

"Hotel sencillo pero limpio, pocos cuartos, poca presencia de staff, pero todo funcionando bien. La ubicacion es un poco lejos de los atractivos de manuel antonio, requiere de taxi o similar para llegar. Lo reservé de ultimo minuto y estoy agradecido que me sacó del apuro, cumplió con todo lo anunciado y pude descansar las 2 noches que estuve ahi."
"This property has amazing potential! I was literally the only guest there and not notified that they were about to start a long-needed renovation. Still, I was treated with 5-star hospitality. Luciane made me a wonderful breakfast and there was a voucher for use at the lovely restaurant, El Arado, a short walk up the road. Large, clean pool. The rooms are organized into duplex cabanas on a hillside so fair warning to guests with mobility issues. Can’t wait to see what they do with the place! "
