"Located above a petrol station, as a lone traveler felt slightly vulnerable entering the building given the location. However, once inside it was comfortable and clean and surprisingly quiet. Good communication and instructions prior to stay. A kettle would have been preferable as I couldn’t make a cup of tea with the coffee machine, it appeared to be missing a part to allow for hot water. Well arranged. 10 minutes walk from Selly Oak train station (10 minutes ride to Birmingham). Customer support service is very much appreciated as they answer and sorted all my confusions promptly.
