"Prompt communication and effortless check-in (and checkout) process with the provided door pin. The garden view room was generously spacious. Surprisingly, it also had limited but beautiful mountain view as well. Everything in the room was well organized and set up prior to check-in. While it seemed as a renovated apartment, the renovation was done perfectly. The kitchen was also good enough for light cooking with provided dishes and cutlery. "Really nice family run hotel. Everyone was super friendly to us and they took care of our all needs.
Room was spacy and very clean and seemed quite new.
Sauna /spa area was really nice as well.
I would highly recommend this place and I will definitely stay there again when I go back to Hintertux."
