"Very nice and clean hostel with modern features in the heart of the city! Excellent location close to everything (a few min walk to the nearest metro station "Arkhitektora Beketova", 10 min walk to the Opera House and Schevchenko Park, there are also a few fast food restaurants including McDonald's nearby). The hostel staff was friendly and helpful and the price per night was very reasonable! I've stayed at many hostels in Europe and Asia and this one is one of the best!"

I did not have room service for 3 days, shower knob is broken and nobody cares. And they actually do not serve breakfast there."

No one speaks English but they make a big effort in trying to understand and comply to requests. Clean comfortable rooms with plenty of hot water in the morning (water temperature is luke warm the rest of the day) Very nice buffet breakfast served in restaurant(included with the room) There were no extra fees at checkout.
