We are very grateful there was an actual key to the door to get into the property, as the keypad was not working. The first time it was my fault, as I was typing in the wrong number. But even after typing in the code we were sent via, it would not let us in. My stepdaughter found the key and it made the entire process so much easier. "The check in was good didn’t have any issues they sent everything we needed to get into the property. There were issues that I brought up to the owners about some of the games, lights, signs, and fire alarms not installed and working. My daughter were upset about the games not working and the steering wheel broken on the race car game. It did get hot in the house and the upstairs was really hot that unit upstairs couldn’t keep up.
