"9/10 Experience. Fairly new hotel with vinyl floors, no carpet. Good size rooms. It’s across from the CTC so you may hear concerts going on. Didnt bother me. They also sell earplugs. Overall waa a good experience, was staying in Ottawa for work. So long as the maintenance keeps up, I will definitely return "

It would have been nice to have had the heating on for a while before arrival as it took some time for the room to get warm. Also, there was a property wide problem with the satellite so TV couldn't be accessed (would have used at night) which we discovered and reported to the front desk.
