Cleanliness and location are our most important criteria when choosing a hotel and this place didn't disappoint. It's very clean, bed was comfortable, good breakfast. I would stay here again. Highly recommend this place.

Better than expected and very comfortable

It was great…nice new place…pretty quiet even though there was a soccer team!

Nice place to stay very quiet and the owner was really friendly

The hotel is new construction and is very clean with a contemporary decor. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever used in a hotel! The bathroom had a nice walk in shower with a glass door. Parking was free and easy and the parking lot was well-lit. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also free and had lots of good options. The location of the hotel is in a commercial type area but still felt very safe. Would definitely recommend and would stay there...

3 cars broken into in parking lot overnight.

good place to stay for a weekend or two :)

We loved the hot tub

R eat hotel if you want budget. It is not luxury. BREAKFAST was hardly anything but then for the price rhat I paid, it was just fine. Very clean, large room, staff eager to please.

The improvements being made to the property are excellent. We appreciated the underground parking. The staff was helpful.

Great staff, very clean.

View of the back of a gas station, a McDonald’s and a liquor store…also very close to the freeway. All seems a bit sketch but really for Parkland wasn’t bad at all. Felt oddly safe. Very new and clean. My only complaint is staff checked everyone else but me and my party two hours early but made us come back. Didn’t seem to have authority to move us to a room that was ready and no willingness to even look and see. The rest was fine.

This is a unique property in style. Very comfortable. Helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Awesome

Great stay! Will come back again. Wonderful. Very clean. Went beyond my expectations.

Great location.

Great breakfast options, different each morning. Conveniently located within miles to the RAC, where we had an all weekend softball tournament. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly. Pool area was clean. No issues.

Clean room, quiety stay and good breakfast.

Alysha was AMAZING! We had to travel on Christmas and she was so kind and patient and accomodating. We were grateful for her after a long day of travel! The room was clean and crisp and so was the rest of the hotel. We have stayed at this hotel repeatedly and will continue to do so!
