We had to contact the property more than 24 hours before check-in to receive instructions and then told that instructions would be provided through WhatsApp, an app that we did not use. When we arrived at the property to drop off our luggage, we had to call a number that directed us to a different property (Arc House Mezquita) a 6-minute walk away for drop-off. "

"It's family owned hotel. 10days in Spain but this is the first hotel offering compliment water and juice in the room fridge. They have kettle, microwave and free coffee/tea in the lobby. Room is really clean and comfortable. I will stay again next time."
