"Check in was a pain as nobody is there… had to wait till house keeping did my room before I got lockbox code for my keys at 3pm… the main office did give me the code to get in the front door to be able to wait in the foyer for 2 hours as there was no way I was going to leave my bags unattended…room was nice. "I was told when i went to the guest house that they are over booked and have two options to call your booking agent and cancel your stay or otherwise our booking agent will provide you stay somewhere else. Keep in mind it was happening after i went feom London to Dubrovnik. I tried calling hotel.com but no response, finally i asked their agent and thn they gave me a room which was 2km away. "Nice place. Clean and basic, with small bathrooms, and comfortable beds. Good value. No parking nearby, so that may be problematic for people who want to leave and return by car. The walk to Old Town is an easy downhill mile or so, taking 15 minutes. We UBER back for 8 Euros. Don’t take a cab, as they charged 25Euros."

"Misleading pictures, I booked a room with a balcony but was shown 2 rundown rooms without a balcony.Had to complain to be shown the room I had actually booked, this room was slightly better, but still uncomfortable. The rooms furniture is old and needs to be renovated. The towels seem old and worn out (mainly with stains from overuse). "The property was advertised with "Parking available" but in the detail received only days before and too late to cancel it was specified free parking if available. Was lucky to find a free space in the area indicated about 400meter from the property but was parked in during the day. Had to move the car to a narrow street or else pay at least 30Eur per day in the Dubrovnik Center Parking. This added unnecessary stress and I will definitively in future only use properties with dedicated parking on...

"We had an excellent stay at the Rooms Nina. We were very well received by the host, who was very kind and smiling. The room was very beautiful, cosy and clean. So was the bathroom. She gaves us a lot of places to hang out, and eat. We thank her very much for everything. The Old Town is a 20 minutes walk away. There are a lot of things to do and see. It’s very beautiful. We certainly recommend this place and vacations in Dubrovnik ! "

"Felix the owner is very welcoming, helpful and friendly. He acts quickly on any issue about the apartment. The apartment is spacious and fully equipped with beautiful garden and terrace facing the sea. Also it is within walking distance to the old town. On the minus side it is very difficult to find where to park private or public. There are only three restaurants near the apartment and they are all upmarket.
