The place is spacious and comfortable for large groups to relax and enjoy meals together with plenty of beds and seating for a group of up to 15. We had nine of us plus a few of our teenagers friends that joined for a couple of nights and it was set up just right for our group! Close to the ski hill and everything you want to do in Girdwood! "First, I'm always grateful when someone opens their property so that I don't have to stay at a hotel. Location, location, location! This was the perfect location for a visit to Alaska. Very convenient to so many things.The house wasn't clean. There were personal items in the house, so we thought the previous tenants were still there! The floor and tables were dusty. The shower walls were moldy, and the place smelled musty. The carpet smelled like dog.It's also really TIGHT. We were a party of 4....
