"Online pictures and description painted picture of spacious 0one room condo. This is tight 2 queen hotel room. No soap in bathroom. Tv nonfunctional that after second call property engineer got working. “Walk to gondola” I guess if you are into long walks. There was a shuttle. Online says parking spot but we were told it was 100% valet only which was a hassle."

"The property was truly as advertised, a great ski in/out and located right in the heart of the core, close to all the restaurants and gondolas. Management was great, worked with us on an early check-in and met us in person to show us around. Although we rented a car, we never did get it out during our stay because the location was so good. Would stay here again!!"

"Beautiful scenery, the shuttle was nice to take you & pick you up. Very nice friendly staff. I wish I would of known about 25$ night parking fee that is not part of property fees. I found that out at check out. "
