"This is not a place for outsiders. All of the other guests in the (tiny) bunks were poor Indian men on their way to be, say, a guest laborer somewhere (one man showed me his visa to Ghana). Anyway, it was awkward AF, so I powered through a couple nights and then moved next-door to the Afra hostel — still pretty much a local place, but MUCH better, and I even made some new good friends there. "I booked this place 2 months in advance. I never stayed at this place due to them not accepting foreigners. Upon arriving from a late flight, I called beforehand to let them know on my way. Once I arrived they told me that I could not stay there, it was only for Indian nationals. And that foreigners were not welcome. At 3am in morning, I had no choice but to leave and look for another place to stay. Overall, not a good experience. Not recommend. I’m still disputing this charge with Expedia. And...
