The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great very near at the Train Station. I would recommend to friends, and we’ll definitely stay again if we come back in katsuta."

Had to look up that you can only catch the shuttle at terminal 2 at bus stop 23-b. Had to catch a shuttle from terminal 1 to 2. No big deal. Added bonus is shuttle on the way to the airport stops at all terminals. Just wish the AC worked a bit better in the pod"

"The staff were so helpful and flexible. We knew only very broken Japanese but they used their translator or tried their best to figure out what we were saying. The room was clean and more spacious than expected. It is a traditional ryokan style and we were served wonderful dinner in their restaurant. They provided yukatas but I wasn't able to figure out how to get the obis and was too shy to ask. It was 10 minute walk from the beach and the aquarium. It is a bit far from the town but I enjoyed...
