"The room was very bad, there was no staff and the condition of the “hotel” was atrocious. At night there was random screaming from all around, like it was mad max. The heating was terrible and the room was cold all night. Couldn’t sleep much at all and decided right there to switch to a real hotel. Idk who took the photos but they did a great job tricking customers into thinking that this was a decent place. Absolutely awful, basically a silent hill experience. "

"This is the first time we, as foreigners, stayed in a Japanese business hotel. It was smaller than we are used to, for sure, but it was in the location we wanted and was in our price range (about $60/night). Despite being small (estimate a 8 x 7 room + small bathroom), it was comfortable and quiet. The carpet was stained, but otherwise, it seemed clean. "This was our favorite apartment accomodation in Japan. Very comfortable and enough space for 2 and in a great location. We could walk to the station and to the city center and castle. The small kitchen was fine for making a small breakfast and coffee. And we really appreciated the wash machine and drying rack! Check in worked exactly as described. Highly recommended!"
