We met by chance a man in the street after midnight, who directed us and told us that we made a bad choice. After a 25 minutes drive, we had to pass through a police gate to get to the facility, and drive for another 10 minutes. It was dark and not a single person in the lobby. After 30 minutes of attempts, we had to leave and book another...

Great place to stay outside of Madrid downtown. Convenient for where we needed to be. Clean. Comfortable. I can understand the reviews that say this place is hot in summer; the window doesn’t open fully for security reasons and the air conditioning is okay for autumn/winter but probably tough in summer. Amenities are all good but for a short stay (unlike a student. This is student accommodation btw) for tourists it is a bit inconvenient. They will give you pots and pans to cook with and plates...
