We found the location perfect for all the places we planned to visit during our stay (museums, Cosmic Adventures, Parliament Hill, parks, etc.) Our drive to our destinations was never more than 20 minutes away (except for driving to Gatineau during peak times, but this was understandable). The hotel met all our needs. My children were disappointed with the limited entertainment (TV) options within the hotel, but that was just for in the evenings...

"I like this Hotel as all the rooms face the Ottawa river. However, the blocks of units are wood framed so if there is a noisy person tramping around upstairs . . . book a top floor unit if you can."
