"This is a quaint little motel. The most comfortable hotel bed I've had in 20 years. Desk staff were polite, quick and attentive. Requesting extra towels was a breeze. Very quiet neighbourhood, while still not being too far from whatever you need. The TV in our room (19) had terrible picture quality and should probably be replaced soon. Self-parking couldn't be easier. This will absolutely be my go-to hotel in Ottawa, no question."
