"The bathrooms were always dirty, the showers were not clean and had no space to put our stuff in. Something that was warned is that they didn’t have WiFi, but I would suggest adding one to increase your qualities. "

"The room and bed was clean, the shower hot and the bed comfortable. Great location too. Simple but perfect for solo travellers. The communication around checking in could be clearer. I asked if i could store my luggage for a few hours after checking out and they said no problem, but sadly the reception was closed at 10 am on Monday morning - I used a storage service in Vienna instead. The toilet in my bathroom was also leaking (clean) water. It was an inconvenience but nothing I can't get over....

"The property is is a great location being walkable to Musuems Quarter and other attractions in the city. The room itself was a very good size and had plenty of storage space. However we were told it would have a private bathroom which meant a private shower (with a shower curtain that didn't close fully) and sink. The toilet was a shared toilet in the hall. The room itself was shabby. There were also no glasses for drinking in the room. When booking we were told it would include breakfast which...

"Even though the room was clean, there were people smoking outside the property and the smell penetrated the room big time. Other guests were very noisy (talking loudly until 5 am or so). It appeared that the TV had been broken for a long time. No internet. Yes, there’s free parking on the street but only between 10 pm and 9 am. The price was good, and the place served the purpose. Not sure if I would stay there again though. "
