Room with a view of the Schunbrunn gardens and palace was worth the short metro ride to the city. The metro is across the street making it easy to get into the beautiful city of Vienna. Quite pleased with our stay here. Room was clean and well appointed with a really eclectic and luxurious look. Beds were a bit stiff for us and we had to ask for more pillows which they happily provided. Breakfast was wonderful. Didn’t get to try the other two restaurants/bars. Would def stay again. It’s near westbanhoff which made it very convenient

The hotel was fantastic, breakfast was amazing and it was in a quieter part of town close to public transit.

Great place!

When we arrived in Vienna, many streets were closed for a parade and the taxi could not get closer than 1 km from the hotel. I am mobility impaired and the hotel sent someone with a wheelchair to take me to the hotel and then he returned to take my companion with 2 suitcases to the hotel. Service in excess! The breakfast buffet was fabulous and the staff was the best! Next time in Vienna I will definitely return.

Great little hotel. Room was plenty big for our family of four. The train station was only about a 5 minute walk and the tram to take you into the city was just right across the hotel. Loved the check in process as well, everything done over the tablet in the lobby and fortunately our room was ready way before we expected which was helpful after a long travel day. Would stay here again.

Was concerned it was far from the tourist attractions. Then, I learned you can take the metro (right outside the hotel) to them AND the train station. Hotel itself is very nice and clean. Staff is very friendly

We travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels and Airbnb’s. This hotel was one of the best I’ve stayed with in Europe. The location is tops, only a 2 minute walk to Stephensplatz, shopping and restaurants. The room is huge, with large bathroom and large walk-in closet as well. Small kitchenette is perfect. Terrific small hotel 10 a ten-minute walk from Westbahnhoff. The staff is English-fluent and so friendly; the rooms are deliciously comfy; the breakfast is terrific; and the shady courtyard with cushy seating and a fountain is a lovely beguiling place to spend a lazy afternoon, have morning coffee or an afternoon drink.

Not much of a boutique hotel person but definitely was very pleased with this hotel. Largest bed I have seen or slept on in Europe , pillows soft and comfortable. Room and bathroom larger than most places and well design. Close to all main attractions. Definitely would recommend to stay here .

The hotel is on a great location close to the train station and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are very modern and well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay.

This hotel gets it right! The staff is super friendly and made me feel like a VIP! Everything is thoughtfully laid out and perfect for a long-term stay. It is right across the street from the subway and only 15 minutes away from city center. There is a shopping mall right across the street with a grocery store in the same building. Highly recommended!
