"You walk in and its a pretty hotel, nicely decorated. But as you go down to your room, its very dated. The decor in the room is dated and my pillow was too firm. However, the staff was friendly, the room was clean and it was in a quiet area. The bed was comfortable but im glad i brought my own pillow. I would stay here again "

"The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. My room was updated and also very clean. I took my kids there so that they could use the pool. My kids enjoyed the stay! The only thing that was not appealing was that I could hear other people from in the hallways. The door was thin and could hear a lot of noise from hallway and other people’s rooms. Otherwise, we had a good experience! "

"The lift situation is not great! Get down for breakfast before 9am to get down and back up in the lift! The overall smell in room is a damp smell or dog odour but room has everything you need for a city stay!"
