Very clean, however I would hope they replace the carpets at least in my third-floor room not that it was bad, just so old. Staff couldn't warmer and nicer. Super clean! "Beautiful place with plenty of parking. Rooms are very good, comfortable and spacious with tea coffee and a flat screen TV. Unfortunately we arrived late so missed out on the food and drinks but will definitely return in the future as the menu, bar and restaurant looks awesome. "

"Two minutes walk from Bristol railway station. Cleanliness of room excellent, breakfast constantly topped up. On upper floor, no traffic noise though overlooking main road. No corridor noise, comfortable room. Just one issue, only one lift for the whole of the building, we had to walk up and downstairs several times."
