"This was was the worst booking I have made. I made a booking and received the confirmation too. When I went to to the apartment location at the time of check in, I contacted the online agent to send me an access cod which was meant to b sent to me to enter the building and the room. However, the agent went back and fourth with me for 2 hours to end up saying they haven’t got a booking for me even though I sent him a screenshot of my booking confirmation they could not do anything. "Basic, but fully functional, I stayed in a private double room. The pros are: the bed was fine, I didn’t hear any noise from the neighbouring rooms during the duration of my stay, kitchenette was well equipped (with fridge, double hob, basic cooking utensils, plates, glasses, cups & crockery), transport links were good. Cons: no tv or hairdryer, only one mirror which is located in the bathroom. Overall, great for the price we paid"
