"No major complaints. Staff were great, room was a decent size. Beds were comfortable, pillows not so much and needed more of a blanket. Lots of different smells: outside from the guests, in the hallway, elevator, in the room. I've never stayed at a Woodsprings before and probably won't again. The environment felt more like an extended stay for folks than a one night stay for in and out guests."

"There was only one person at the desk, so there was a long line to get help when I checked in. We did not know that parking was charged separately. The breakfast was mostly carbs and the sausage patty and eggs did not look very appetizing. We used the stairs, instead of the elevators. It was carpeted and looked pleasant than most stair way in hotels, but there dog hair everywhere. The room was spacious and roomy and the bed was comfortable. The AC unit worked well. Only had one set of wash cloth and hand towels for the two of us. Amenities provided was bare minimum, nothing special."
