"Ideal hotel for our family of five. Has an indoor pool for my kids, free parking and free breakfast included which met our needs when looking for a hotel. The location is pretty centralized to restaurants in Bellevue and Seattle area. Will definitely stay here again."

"Next door to the light rail, this hotel is an excellent option for visitors to the Seattle area. Room was comfortable and nicely appointed. A great value and highly recommended."

"Half of the food ordered at primary bar (Peak) came over an hour late and the remainder never came - making us late to rock concert. Was very difficult to get bartenders’ attention for drinks or food ordered and even for making payment. At the end, the bartender said he would comp. our order while at a screen and then walked away from us to the far end of bar for at least 5 minutes. We assumed we were finally free to go only to be tracked down by Security at the concert for payment of drinks. Apparently the mumbling and poorly attentive bartender only meant that he was comping the food. In summary, the customer service from these bartenders was horrible! Besides above, the accommodations, front desk, and valet parking were excellent. We would be happy to go back if it wasn’t for the poor customer service at the primary restaurant/bar."
