"The A-frame itself was cozy and well-stocked, and it exceeded our expectations for comfort. We slept very well up in the loft, with the sound of the Skykomish lulling us to sleep. The hot tub was a nice bonus, too. But the real star of this show was the jaw-dropping scenery. To be surrounded by soaring jagged peaks and high forested ridges, with the turquoise river churning by, was awe-inspiring."

"As with our previous visits, this one too was wonderful, even with an injured ankle. David was very good about checking to see how we were doing after I took a fall and ended up at the closest ER. He even paid us a visit the next day to offer any needed help. "This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway from city life! Surrounded by beautiful nature and in total isolation, the cabin is a picturesque vacation spot for relaxation and peacefulness. "One of the most "loggy" log cabins I've ever visited! Location has great mountain views, lots of outdoor deck space, and a great layout. Two bedrooms upstairs, one ground level, and one semi-basement room give plenty of room for spreading out. Really well stocked kitchen and nicely decorated home!"
