"Really nice room in a nice neighbourhood. Even though I stayed on a Friday night, there wasn't much noise after midnight. I stayed during a heatwave and the air condition was amazing! The water pressure in the shower was perfect too! If I go ever go to Bilbao again, I will try to stay here."

"Clean room and comfortable. Staff was very accommodating since they assisted every time needed. We checked in a few hours before the estipulated time and gave us the room as soon as ready (12 pm). Staff helped us with the follow up with the airline that lost our bags and were always very nice"
