"The staff were great: very helpful, attentive, kind and ready and willing to help. It's very close to lots of great places and within walking distance of Victoria Station. It's a quiet and safe area. Please note that you have to use the stairs as there are no elevators. This was perfect for me as I am solo travelling. I am very satisfied with the booking. They also offer a baggage storage service and early check-in for £15."

"The location is very good. Close to the tube which will take you anywhere. The room was very small but to be expected. The reality is the bed was as hard as granite, only beaten by the pillows which were somehow made from reinforced concrete. When we asked for an extra pillow we were told the place was fully booked so no extra pillows were available. Same seemed true for decent towels. The toiletries were not replenished and as such we had to go to the nearby Tesco and buy our own. No big...

"Had to leave £20 cash or my ID to get the key, super noisy inside and outside until about 2am, bed was rock hard and pillows were flat. Felt safe though and had a private bathroom which for the money is probably all you can ask for."

"Location it’s great , the furniture it’s all new and clean. I didn’t understand what I needed to do when I got there but the phone number at the door bell was useful and the lady at tthe other side of the phone, helped me a lot. Thanks"

"Very run down and poorly managed hotel. Tv didn’t work, shower curtain was covered in mold, No clean towels as the took ours and couldn’t replace them for two days. People coming and going all night making a lot of noise talking in reception area that is right next to the rooms. Staff didn’t seem to care we didn’t have any towels for to days and hardly any sleep due to them talking loudly all night and playing music "

"Perfectly situated in the heart of Holland Park. The room is comfortable. It’s set up perfectly. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is wonderful with accessories like shampoo and beautiful, smelling soap. They also have a tea set and dishes for a microwave and a tea kettle, which makes it super affordable when traveling. They were very helpful when I needed help. And I really enjoyed my stay. It made my job in London, super easy and totally manageable.."
