"Clean and comfortable accommodation. Very pleasant staff. There were no facilities for breakfast at the accommodation or for making tea/coffee in the room. My main concern was the lack of ability to come and go without having to make contact with the property manager by phone, with the possible roblem that they were using their phone and consequently couldn't respond promptly."

"The room was of a good size - room for a large double and a single. There was also a fold up table and chairs, which you could use if you wanted. Added bonus of a small fridge, and the tea/coffee supplies were generous, including biscuits and hot chocolate."

"Ticks all the boxes. Instructions were clear and how to get in, no problems there. Place was quiet, clean and bed was comfy. Radiator in room didn’t work but heater provided (in room when I arrived). Comms with owner good."

"The kitchen was very dirty there were no cups or plates or knives or spoons or forks in the kitchen. No pans or one very dirty pan. I had to clean the micro-wave. I made an complaint about that but they did not do anything about the situation. The floor of the bedroom was full of stains, bathroom door was dirty. "
