"Room was extremely clean, perhaps the cleanest hotel room ive been in to date. Across the street from Birch Run Premium Outlets as well as a few great restaurants. My upgraded suite room was cheaper than the suites at competing hotels. Bed wasn't the most comfortable, but that is the only negative thing that I have to say about the hotel room. "

"It was safe and clean. I would stay there again. It's 5 1/2 miles from Frankenmuth. The room was large with 2 queen beds. Very nice dressing area and bathroom. It also had a fridge and microwave. The coffee in the room was horrible! The breakfast room has wonderful coffee. Breakfast every morning. The price was a little steep - 200.00 a night for Friday and Saturday. It's worth about 125.00 a night."

"There was a problem with the sink drain in my room and after being moved to a new room, there was an issue with the television. But the staff rectified both situations in a timely manner. Also the continental breakfast person was outstanding in every aspect. That’s why the 5 stars for the staff and service. Nice job ladies. Thank you. "

"The hotel was great. I thought the taxes were excessive. There was no place to hang our clothes? We were there for a wedding. We kept the carrier from the lobby to hold our clothes. We had handy cap accessible room but my mother couldn’t use the shower because it had a tub in it? The staff was awesome! Check in was great! It was pricy but I guess everything is today? I would recommend "
