"The Loft Pucón was a very good experience for us. With 4 in our travel group the room at the Loft was very comfortable. The full size kitchen and the outside yard with table was extra useful. The rooms and beds themselves on the 2nd floor were layed out just so well to allow separate spaces for sleep and naps over social space of the living and kitchen. "Did not stay there, Hotel did not have my booking 30 mintutes later another couple checked out of hotel, at which point , was offered accomodation, but by now reclinded offer, The car parking as offered , has room for 4 small cars allowing for unmolested movement, noted reception hold car keys to ve sble to swop carsabout as people wish to leave and arrive in cars, Hotel staff appeared very unorganised."

"The Loft Pucón was a very good experience for us. With 4 in our travel group the room at the Loft was very comfortable. The full size kitchen and the outside yard with table was extra useful. The rooms and beds themselves on the 2nd floor were layed out just so well to allow separate spaces for sleep and naps over social space of the living and kitchen. The accommodation of the room were excellent. The location of the Loft in close proximity to downtown Pucón is another plus. Walking there was a 10-15 minute stroll. And the best part of the stay was Ms Hesteyer at the reception. She was very helpful and friendly and is one of the reasons a future return stay next season is planned."
