"This was the most beautiful hotel I've ever seen. The rooms are nestled in the forest with big windows looking out into the trees. You can hear the river from the rooms, and there is a beach if you decide to swim. The dining room is beautifully decorated with a central fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows looking out into the trees. The meals we ate at the lodge were definitely the best of our whole trip, particularly the vegetarian options which were delicious! The staff was attentive...

"The Loft Pucón was a very good experience for us. With 4 in our travel group the room at the Loft was very comfortable. The full size kitchen and the outside yard with table was extra useful. The rooms and beds themselves on the 2nd floor were layed out just so well to allow separate spaces for sleep and naps over social space of the living and kitchen. "We stayed in a family room at Ni-Newen with 4 adults, a child, and a baby, and had a lovely experience. The place was nice, quiet, and perfect for a few days to disconnect and unwind. The facilities were clean and comfortable, and the surrounding atmosphere was truly relaxing. Highly recommended for those seeking peace and nature. We would definitely return!"

"The dome rooms were beautiful and rustic and fit in perfectly with the natural surroundings. The interiors were clean and well appointed, with heating and cooling. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom and shower were good. You couldn’t beat the lakeside location for views and strolls along the volcanic rocky beach. We spent four nights there and could have spent way longer, exploring the beautiful surroundings. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Indomito. Decorated in natural wood and Indigenous art it felt very much a part of the Pucon experience. Perhaps best is the rooftop spa with a 360° view of the area including the volcano the lake and the mountains. The rooms were comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the included breakfast was great. The price was well below what I would have expected for such a hotel."

"I had an incredible experience at Mirador Los Volcanes Lodge Boutique! The views were absolutely unbeatable, providing a breathtaking backdrop for my stay. The cabins were not only comfortable but also spacious, equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. My family thoroughly enjoyed our time here. My 4-year-old daughter absolutely loved the outdoor spaces, especially the tree house, the pool, and playing with the sheep. She also had a fantastic time at the playground and with Waffles, the property cat, which made her stay even more special. Cristian, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. His hospitality truly made a difference and added a personal touch to our visit. I can confidently say that this will be my favorite place to stay whenever I visit Pucon. Highly recommended!"
