"The owners of the hotel have a golden heart. The room and bathroom were squeaky clean, the room service outstanding, everything functioning. We loved the family atmosphere. The hotel is situated on the canal within a walking distance from the beach, there are lots of dining options around, and it is easy to get out of the city quickly. A great value for money. Was welcomed by Il Capo and his family (Fabio and his wife and 2 sons) special shout out to Fabio and Eduardo who spoke very good English and recommended us great places to visit. They made us feel like being at home. Their hotel has a small pool… perfect for a dip in to cool off and a brand new jacuzzi which was a bonus! Great location with nice views from the rooms. "Very friendly managers. Good location. Everything as advertised! We had a 2nd floor apt with balcony. There is a nice shared patio on ground floor. Minutes from both train stations. Terme has be devastated by covid and hence fewer tourist. We stayed a week and made trips to Firenze, Luca, Pisa. and alto. Small but very nice."
