"We have fully paid in advance and received confirmation from Expedia, but when we checked in, the hotel refused to give us rooms we booked with reasons that they could not find our confirmed bookings. "交通吃飯方便，但酒店位置在景山隧道口，車流量極大，既便深夜仍有不絕於耳的喇叭聲擾人，房間還算乾淨舒適，但設施老舊，窗戶窗台與洗臉台都有損壞，有待好好修缮维护，另外大堂˙、走道、電梯等公共空間都有禁菸告示，但任由旅客與員工吞雲吐霧，視若無睹，離文明諧和社會尚遠，敬請加速改進。"
