"Generally a good place to stay. Only main issue is the very limited parking space."

"I’ve stayed in the property for 4nights. Quick checkin but the reception only operates from 9am to 6pm. There were no elevator , we stayed on the 3rd it was a struggle as I have 1 large and 1 medium size luggage there were few peeps over there to assist. The first night was a bit shocking as I thought there were earthquake😅 maybe because it is located along the highway , thats why the building is a bit shaky. Location is perfect, walking distance to the mall."

"For a solo traveler, the room and bed are spacious. The AC and hot water heater for the shower is reliable. As a bar exam taker who took the test in UST, I highly recommend the place for being accessible in places you need to be such as for eating, groceries, going to the bank, buying medicine etc. Everything is within walking distance."

They would have declined the booking in the first place or they could have had a better coordination with the Oyo Management to ensure things like this don’t happen.
