"Firstly, they are not responsive at all. Their point of contact with Hotels.com does not speak English, which makes it difficult to sort out any situation. I booked a 4-bed dorm and when I got there, they put me in a 8-bed dorm. I complained about it and they said they were overbooked and couldn't give me what I paid for. Kitchen was locked, so I couldn't even get water. The bathrooms are super tiny and get completely wet when someone takes a shower. In the main flat, there are 2 showers and 2...

"This place reeks of cigarette smoke. All my clothes smelled like smoke. I'm sure this place will be just fine for people who smoke but for those who don't it's absolutely disgusting."

"Amelia is a wonderful host, she met us on our arrival and was extremely friendly and helpful throughout. The property was clean and in nice decor, the location was good , ideal for metro and transport links to Airport and centre of city, albeit a good walk from most attractions. Plenty of coffee shops, bars and restaurants in close vicinity and the area felt safe at all times. Would not hesitate to stay here again. "
